Action returns in the EPL this weekend after a two weeks stoppage. Jabel Kugonza puts Match day 4 in perspective.
Palace vs Tottenham Patrick viera’s palace play host to in-form Spurs currently seated at the summit of the league with a 100% start to the season.
This with no dubiety is a London derby though largely dominated by Spurs. Early kick-offs normally prove catastrophic to big teams and similarly here Spurs will narrowly walk away with a point. We say 2-2.
Man United vs Newcastle United, the Red devils didn’t impress at the Moleneaux a fortnight ago inspite picking Maximum points courtesy of Greenwood’s decisive finish. With Ronaldo in contention for a second debut for the club on Saturday, the motivation will be high for United.
Preciously, Steve Bruce wil barely have much to present to Man united. We back United to win 3-1.
Arsenal vs Norwich
By far this being dubbed a relegation battle and would seem ridiculous but realistically Arsenal find themselves at the bottom of the league with a clash against relegation counterparts Norwich at their disposal.
The gunners are desparate to ignite their season with a home win against the canaries top on agenda. Several Arsenal top players have returned and are set to feature on Saturday.
The pressure is steadily mounting on Arteta but the gunners have the credentials to win against Norwich. We say Arsenal 3-1 Norwich.
Leicester vs Man city. The champions will seek to continue their impressive resurgence to the season after falling short at Spurs on Match day 1.
A tricky clash against Leicester who last season put 5 past City will seem a huge test for Guardiola. City will be on course to pervert any potential resurfacing of such a scoreline against their name. The champions look the overwhelming favorites here we say 4-1 City.
Chelsea vs Aston villa, Chelsea will bid to return to winning ways at home against Aston villa. Tuchel was fazed by Riess James’s controversial red card at Liverpool two weeks ago. The red card was appealed by Chelsea but the F.A upheld it.
Regardless, Chelsea have sufficient fire power to put away Villa. We say Chelsea 3-0 Villa.
Leeds vs Liverpool, the kops visits allain Road with several key players set to miss out due to COVID-19 protocols. In a highly anticipated intensity game, Liverpool will look to exploit the spaces Leeds will leave in behind. I back Liverpool to win narrowly 2-1.
Southampton 2-2 westham
Brentford 2-1 Brighton
Everton 3-0 Burnely
