17 Nup Supporters To Be Released From Kitalya Prison.

National unity platform (NUP) diehard and a Kampala district Woman MP Shamin Malende continues to work tirelessly to see that the people who were arrested during the election campaigns are released unconditionally.

 Malende who also doubles as a lawyer spent the 6th of May, 2021 at Bombo Court Martial finding all possible ways to see the 17 boys out of the earth hell (prison). She said that one of the comrades known as Fred Ssentamu was set free, Haruna Gabula and Umar Manabí got bail. Other 14 will be released unconditionally from Kitalya prison after 2 weeks where they have been illegally detained.

Parents and relatives have been in fear since they were arrested and no communication from the security persons has been made to let them know whether their children are still alive.
