Edrisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo the self proclaimed “young Mandela” has shined once again like a morning star on the Times Square billboard in New York City.
Kenzo has appeared on the Times Square billboard for the second time, the first time his photo was waving on this iconic billboard in the world promoting his remix song titled Missounwa. This song was one of the best afro zuku songs of early 90s and it was sung by an Ivorian lady Known as Monique Saka.
The “Sitya loss” hit maker released his new album on April, 30, 2021 titled Made in Africa and he appeared on this billboard to announce and advertise this massive album “Made in Africa. Kenzo announced the good news to his fans vie his social media platforms and shared a video.
According to Kenzo Made in Africa album has 21 songs with 3 redone songs from iconic legends of music in Africa such as Missounwa by Monique Seka “the queen of afro Zuku”, Moni by Congolese superstar KanaBongman and the mega hit “Born in Africa” by the late Philly Bongole Lutaya.
The Times Square billboard is one of the most expensive and most tourist attraction billboards in the world centered in the one of the most visited locations in the world with almost 50 million people visiting every year. The” Masaka boy” appeared for the second time and remains the only Ugandan artist to appear on the highly cost billboard.
