Uganda police has arrested six suspects in connection to the Kyambogo robbery where the robbers disguised as National Water and Sewerage Cooperation (NWSC0 staff members and they went with more than 80 million Uganda shillings.
The Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), a military intelligence agency, Kampala metropolitan police, and territorial police in Ntungamo and Bundibujjo successfully arrested six suspects and three of them partly involved, these robbers camouflaged as NWSC staff members, putting on blue overalls and entered a home of Chinese residents in Kyambogo Edinburg Avenue and strangled the one who was found .
According to the police spokesperson Fred Enanga, out of the three whom you saw in a viral clip, a lady and two males were successfully arrested. The one suspect who was monitoring the exterior premises as the experienced were inside completing the mission is still on hunt.
Enanga continued and said that with the help of advanced surveillance techniques, the female who was identified as Elizabeth Kizza was grabbed from Ntungamo district where she had gone to show her Mum that Kampala is a city of opportunities by constructing her a permanent house. However when she went in china her passport was confiscated and she changed to Judith Mbabazi.
The police with joint security agencies are still tracking the rest who were in that ploy.
