Doreen Nyanjura the deputy Kampala lord mayor has made a special statement about the current condition of Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago.
Lukwago was whisked away from a requiem mass in honor of the late Bishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga at Lubaga cathedral and rushed to Lubaga hospital.
Today April 11 his deputy has updated the public bout the Lord Mayor’s state of life, she said that he is improving steadily in a Nairobi hospital where he was rushed for further treatment.
In her post Nyanjura “said following a recurring dizziness, persistent abdominal discomfort and severe chest pain despite attending several medical facilities in Kampala including Lubaga Hospital, Platinum Hospital, Case Hospital, Norvic Hospital among others, the Lord Mayor was referred to Nairobi Hospital for further management.”
Consequently, he traveled to Nairobi earlier this week, arrived safely and was checked into Nairobi Hospital.
I spoke to the Lord Mayor today morning, he is stable and undergoing numerous tests. The office of the Lord Mayor appreciates your continued prayers and well wishes.”
